I came to real estate in 2001: I have always enjoyed helping people reach their goals and achieve their dreams, I also have good instincts for business and I'm a gifted negotiator. So, becoming a realtor was a natural match and a smooth transition. More than twenty years later, I'm still doing it for the same reason: a house is the biggest financial decision most families ever make, and nobody should have to make it alone or in a language they're still learning.

I work out of Pinole, and I know these neighborhoods the way you only can after two decades — which streets get the fog, which schools parents actually move for, what a home in El Sobrante should trade for against one in Hercules, where is "Lamorinda", which towns have local festivals, which community gives you the best chance to beat rush hour traffic, where are the best hiking trails, where the locals go for dinner, etc. That's not something you get from a search portal.

What clients tend to say afterward is that I'm direct. If a property is wrong for you, I'll tell you it's wrong for you. If your asking price is optimistic, you'll hear that from me before you hear it from thirty days of silence on the market. I'd rather lose a listing than win one I can't sell.

In my personal life, I am a wife, mother, and more recently a grandmother of two beautiful boys! I like to travel, read and discuss books with my book club, and play pickleball. My family and I have lived in the East Bay nearly as long as I have been a realtor and I know it well.

I'm licensed in California and I work with buyers and sellers at every price point. Whether you're buying your first place or selling the house you raised your kids in, the process is the same: I tell you what I'd do if it were my own money.
